My brothers and I quoted this countless times during the teen years while The State was on. It's grainy but truly a classic. For those who don't know, The State was a sketch comedy show during the mid 90s that started the careers of most of the current cast of Reno 911.
What I want you to know. Which is everything.

That was funny. a sort of parody on the broadway musicals? I never heard of reno 911. i do remember hearing about the state, but never saw it. I think I would have liked it. ah well...too old and out of touch.
glad to see you are at the computer. ;-)
Man, when's that gonna hit DVD? I love Reno, and Wet Hot.
I think my favorite sketch from "The State" was the one where they are at the Last Supper, and Jesus keeps getting upstaged by the I-want-to-put-my-balls-in-it Guy, or something like that. Classic stuff.
Ah yes. Here it is:
Louis at the Last Supper
The first season is now available on iTunes.
Do I remember this one being recreated in some way at Gulf Coast Christian Camp? (I even think The Breeders' "Cannonball" may have been used too.)
