Who would play me?

A guy I know was playing this game on his blog and now I have to play this, even though I also want everyone to read my thoughts on Kung Fu Hustle. Who would play me in the movie of my life? I'm thinking possibly Andy Richter. Of course he's older than me but there aren't any chunky famous people in their twenties. It's like a rule that you have to almost be 40 before you can be a famous chunky dude. Which only means that I need to loose weight. If I loose weight then I'd like it to be.... You know what? Screw that, I'm an actor. I'm playing myself.

I'd like to be played by Philip Seymour Hoffman or John C. Reilly. Reilly's got the curley hair, but Hoffman can probably do better with the odd-man-out vibe, as witnessed in Boogie Nights. If they're not available, or if no one knows what I look like, I'd hire Peter Krause.

Curly hair. No "e."

Kyle, I think you'd be played by David Morse. Though I don't have much to base that off of.

Seymour Hoffman indeed would be good to play Dan.

I'm flattered that you would hand me David Morse so foolheartily. I am a big fan and you are taking a big risk in doing so. I still say the only person who can play me is me.

Dan is all about PSH. One of my favs and he would do your lovable cynicism justice, I believe.

If I had to choose someone to play me in a movie, it would be, of course, Meg Ryan. She did so sweetly in "When a Man Loves Woman" and of course, I admired her in "You've got Mail" because she had that awesome job in that quaint little book store. And for sure the leading man would be Tom Hanks. I think he even looks a little bit like Kim. Only he isn't near as aloof as Kim. And who would want to be Meg the businesswomen that goes back in time with the good looking Hugh Jackman? So definately, Meg Ryan.

For you, though Kyle, (I don't even know those other guys you and others have named) it would be Robert Morse. You might not even know who I'm talking about, but he was the lead in the movie version of "How to Succeed in Business"..or David Spade. You both have the kind of humor.

I would be played by Kyle freakin' Martin.

Kyle will be the perfect "I'm so crazy, I cannot move from this spot on the stage" character of fish Benjamin.

By the way, Kyle...your blocking is going to be pretty easy. Can anyone say standing at attention for 45 consecutive minutes! Huah. Are you sure you are still up to it?

"fish Benjamin" aka "fish Bruhn" aka Nathan

Aidan will definitely play you one day. Give him a few years. I guarantee it. He already has the personality and mannerisms down cold.
